Attention Homeowners

My friend and I have been looking for a house to buy for a while, and we found one that had an unfinished basement and a gutted kitchen.

My question is, what kind of monthly taxes and hidden fees can I expect to pay, and also, to someone who is in my situation, how much were your utilities? Yes I know prices change, but I'm looking for a ballpark here people.

basic utilities are 300 a month,,and taxes are 3000 a year,,but I'm a little north of you
