This is the truth about America. Founded under the Bible. Thou Shall Not Kill, steel from neighbor but does it say anything about smoking weed? No. This is how i can best summarize it. The government Is corrupt. "Congress Cannot Legislate Out Side Of the Ten Square Radious Known as the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. THERE POWER COMES FROM THE IGNORANCE OF MAN. Know and understand this country. It all boils down to CLAIMING THE NAME. Dont claim the name. Officials cannot tell you you cant posses or smoke weed. fact. To sum it up if you "get busted" say possesion of cannabis. You will see something to the fact of THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES VS (YOUR NAME) on the other side. They are suing your name this is the test now what will you do. You cannot own that name or anything to that fact. It all starts with your Birth Certificate. Read it it says something to the fact property of so and so. You cant own it. Dont claim the name, so there basically suing Themself thats the whole trick to it. Statutes dont apply to anybody. I encourage everyone to learn this truth there is alot that goes with it. Its a great Hoax and your all going for the ride. there is no good from democracy. Know who you are and research. knowlege is power

There are a lot of false legal conclusions built upon a lot of confabulation in that post. Also, names aren't "owned." Yes, you are right, they aren't owned, but they are valid identifiers when you reside in the US. The united states is founded under the 1st congress of the united states, not the bible. The constitution is the governing document written by that congress and ratified by the peoples representatives (US constitutional history deserves so much more than what i put here for this particular point...) The point is, statutes apply to everyone on US soil. Just because it was here before you doesn't mean it doesn't apply to you.

I think i understand where your coming from though... I agree that government is an abstract thought and not as real as the breaths we take. It's true that it has value because we give it value, just like currencies. I think your rant should be focused more on the fact that we aren't born in the US with the right to reject our government and it's policies. I would like to have that right but wouldn't use it. Government provides a great deal of services and I would be thrilled to argue the pros of government all day long but I would be the only one that wants to listen.

nah, but that really sounds funny, and what would we do if got in court, tell em' we read off of RIU and that they have no right to hold us?

People are just stuck in the past saying that marijuana kills and its a gate way drug. No people can do it In moderation and not go crazy or do crack after smoking for a week. The medical cards are a step in the right direction but I think it should eventually be completely legal.

IMO... I think any officer of the Law would disregard you as either insane or stupidly high if you used this as a defense. Not to a rain on your parade, but it's just not like they're not going to allow that kind of thing to happen, the powers that be have their ways, and they always have a new trick up their sleeve...

to the OP, im a convicted felon, did prison time and now a changed man.Im telling you this from experience, there is no way in fucking hell you can use that defense in court. like the other guy said they are gonna look at you as if your retarded.lol

People have been using this same idea of your legal identity vs your name as a free individual to try to get out of paying taxes, in Canada and the USA. You can kill an afternoon on the Internet reading about it!
