Attitude Seeds!

So I ordered a bunch of seeds from Attitude and chose a shirt as my stealth option.. Package arrived today with no seeds but the shirt o_O it has the green inspection tape on it. Would customs have confiscated the seeds and sent the shirt anyways?

Should I tell Attitude about this, would they give a refund? Thank God USPS is horrible and they never updated that the package was delivered so ill be asking for a refund tomorrow anyways whether or not they'd believe my story.

There was no note.. And this order was supposed to be roughly 30 seeds! Would Attitude believe the shirt was delivered without the seeds though? I think I'm just going to ask for a refund as I would hate for the same thing to happen again and Customs actually takes some type of action this time.

Ive gotten some orders from attitude before and I must say their stealth isn't that stealthy.. They usually just throw the seeds in there it seems.

Shirts aren't contraband, and I don't think customs has the legal authority to confiscate non-contraband.

So yes, they might take the ceeds and leave the shirt.

i believe this happened to me today. except i already told the attitude. today was the 21st business day and i got my bag but no seeds. hopefully they do believe that customs took them or the attitude just never sent the seeds. it is weird that this happenes to both of us today. i will be very upest if the attitude doesnt refund or resend my order

Let me know their response to you and ill see what I do from there.. I still have 2 days left til the 21st day mark

i got my order about 2 days ago. non stealth and everything was there lol. god i hate hearing these stories about my seed bank..... probably one of the workers in shipping was high and kept forgetting to put the seeds in the bags or something.

Lmao that would be funny if that were the case.. I just think Attitude has to work on their stealth because I've gotten orders from them fine, but if opened the seeds would be in clear view! I guess this time I got the golden ticket to an inspection and lost my seeds :( and got a 200 dollar crappy tee lol

Unfortunately been reading this more frequrntly about customs doing their job. One person said they got some green customs tape with their package and no letter from Homeland Security. I got one of those before years ago. I am leaning that customs is not attaching those letters of confiscation because it is a document you could provide to the seed bank as proof that you require a reshipment. I was just curious what was your initial drop point. I know when mine got confiscated it was from Netherlands and its first destination was Ohara in Chicago. The person mentioning about his confiscated pakage with green tape was also dropped in Chicago. My most recent order from the Tude initally dropped in San Francisco and not New York like previous orders. Actually made it faster by four days. Good luck and keep us posted if you can.

Hi, just let you know the same happened to me. I ordered seeds with a T-Shirt from Attidute and the shipment got busted
by the costums. I got a notice that the seeds are confiscated, and that was 6 month ago.
I should mentioned that is was the Canadian Border.

my package tracking stopped in chicago... but i did get notified that they resent me my seeds. I just hope that i also get the freebies still. the times before when i ordered i always got a tshirt and never lost the seeds. the packages were open by customs also i just thought they were to lazy to refold the shirt and didnt check it well.

Never had a problem on over 10 'tude orders. I always request the tin boxs, which have become very handy in separating fems, regs etc in storage

just thought i would add that they are most likely not sending the freebies i got in the november deal which is super dumb since the december deal is going on the day the send my stuff... so if your package does get intercept by customs i would just get a refund and reorder again so you can still get the freebies.

Hmm i have some en rout and i will be watching this thread and will update on my results, right now Your item, posted on 09/12/12 with reference xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been received at our international mail centre and is being made ready for despatch overseas.
