auto flower questionnere

Hello all

I know I am new to this forum and have spent countless hours searching and rfeading to prepare for my own garden. I have found some great information but am hoping I can start a useful thread about autoflowering since that is what I am having the toughest decision about.

I have limited area. 3x4x5 ft high. Should I split to make small veg^clone/mother area and bloom 4 plants a time or just go autoflower feminized and bloom 6 plants at a time?

IMO i think you should go with the 6 auto fem,s in big pots for your first grow..

I didn't get a chance to post my questions really b/c I had to catch a flight. I'm looking for personal experiences and not speculation so I can make the most informed Here goes:

1. What percentage have u gotten females?

2. Are the yields as healthy and potent?

3. Can I start the seeds in a rapid rotter plug right into dwc at 600 watt hps?

4. Would going auto fem be less work than mother and clones?

5. Preferred seedbank for auto fems?

Any other information or experiences?

If I were you I would 'Pasadena' on auto-flowering strains and not split an already small space into two smaller spaces to keep mothers. I would pick shorter high quality feminized strains from high quality breeders and grow from seed until you have enough space to do the mother thing and do it right.

Here are a couple links to seedbank reviews. You can check them out and see which receive the highest ratings. I would suggest you go with one or more with the highest ratings given ... and then purchase from well established high quality breeders lines.

Dont clone autos its not worth it.

ive only grown 2 lowryder #2 heres a pic


i used a 400 watt hps sometimes but mostly she was in the window got a little over a half oz

i reckon in big pots and using a hps the whole way threw you,d get 1oz+......

thanks for the advice. Go soil or hydro? Do you get better yeilds with hydro maybe?

I would like to get 3 ounces off a plant every 2 weeks so I will always replace a plant from seed when I harvest one. 10ft2, think I could get 10 plants in their DWC since they stay so much smaller?

Thanks.way too many options out there. I wish I could just have a field and plant every seed know to man, harvest them, buy stock in doritos, try every thing I grew, sell my stock in doritos and be rich. Time to wake up.
