Auto flowering question!?!

With a autoflowering strain, do I need to switch lights? Like go from veg lights to flowering lights? Or can I use both through the whole process?

i've never done an autoflowering grow, but from what i have read, you only need 1 light. what is your setup now?

Generally the rules are the same, metal halide / 6500k cfl for veg, hps / 2700k cfl for flower.

I have seen people get great results using only 1 type of light though (t5's all the way through), I've heard MH and 6500k in flower will give you more potency and slightly less yield but this hasnt been proven.

Check this video for an awesome grow with only t5's:

Im currently growing a snowryder auto flower. Im using 2 6500k 23 [100w eq] and having great results. When veg'ing 6500k daylight bulbs and for flower you want to switch to the 2700k/red spectrum lights.

Ive also read that if you use 2 6500's and a 2700 for veg, then 2 2700's and 1 6500 for flowering, you will have good results.

Good luck!
