Auto Seedling growth rate

I’m currently growing autos and I don’t know if it’s just me but they have been growing rapidly since germination. Germinated one day and popped up out of soil over night. It’s currently day 4-5 and it seems to have slowed down growth. Before, every 4 hours I looked at them they were growing bigger or leaves were getting bigger. Now I’m not really seeing any dramatic growth. I know I’m probably being dramatic, but I’m just curious of the experience in growth rate other ppl have had with seedlings.

Early growth is to establish enough leaf surface to gather enough light for the energy to establish roots. When the roots find boundaries it will start growing. Do not overwater.
 
Makes sense. I have literally been watching the leaves get bigger by the hour and when I saw it stopped growing as rapidly it made me worry bc I sprayed it a lil with water last night and regretted it. I feel like the leaves were more bright green and now they’re dulling out and kind of yellowing. But I read a lil yellowing is normal in some strains in seedling stage. Only watered when I moistened the soil, then gave a splash of water 2 days in a row, then no water until I sprayed last night.

I have it in FFOF. Ppl say how it’s “too hot” for seedlings so I have been very cautious ab watering so I don’t release too many nutrients. I think the FF I got was kinda shitty too, it had rocks, dead bugs, and didn’t quite look n feel as expected so I have to play with it to know for sure when damp is damp and when wet is wet.
