So, lets say I have some pollen from a male auto-flowering plant.
If I pass on the genes through this pollen to a non-autoflowering plant, how many generations of selective breeding will it take to get ALL autoflowering seeds?
Would it be 4 crosses? Could I always just use the original pollen? As in, cross the plant, pop the seeds, pick one thats female AND autoflowering, use the same pollen again, and so on?
Is there a set number of times? Is anyone familiar with this?
