Autoflower Lowryders box/lighting help

I'm going to do my first grow coming up here soon and I was just wondering what would be a good type of light to use with growing hopefully 3 autoflowering lowryders, I was thinking starting them off on a cfl lights (idk how many to use or what watts) then after they start flowering switching them to a ufo led light for the rest of the grow any opinions or better ideas would be very helpful

Havent seen much good about the UFO.

I would use that money to get a few 120w+ cfl they are only 30$ ish each from 1000bulbs.com.
I would also mix the spectrums, 2/3 red to 1/3 blue for flowering..
