Autoflower problems or something please help *pics*

Please read until end kind of interesting, I have this plant going...alright...in my speaker growbox, the box is nice i have a good set-up. The only this is, my plant just wasn't growing to well. I started it off in like a 10 oz cup with holes in the bottom with organic dirt with perlite mixed in. i suppose it was off to a good start but it just wasn't growing big AT ALL, I had numerous leaves after about 2.5 weeks and my buddie said, "hey man i see hairs on this bitch!" so you know i was just like sure you do man;-)
Well anyways about a week later there is these long white/orange hairs growing on a 3.5 week old small ass plant. So its been about like 2 weeks since than and I have been tripping out just looking for something to do to the plant.
So about 5 days ago i moved it into a better maybe 22oz pot with different better soil, not that crap that i bought from ace hardware. I have been giving it nutrients little by little. Lastly I put the lights on 24/0 from what they were before 18/6 and since the little renovation the plant has been filling out great but just not growing much taller... trust me for like a 5 wk year old plant its a baby. look at the pics!
plz help me out on this part.--> 1.)If its small like this does anyone know why it started growing buds? is that what auto flowers are supposed to do?
2) there are crystals ALL OVER on the new leaves so does this mean that its to late to keep it in veg? what i might try if it in fact is to late. I heard when you switch from 24/0 to 18/6 plants like to shoot up and grow taller pretty quickly.if you read all this please give me your input. anything helpful is good.

autoflowering plants are not photo sensitive . They have a set point , and then they start to flower . Different strains will flower at different times . So they can bloom under a 24-0 , 18-6 , 12-12 light - dark schedule . Never grown one yet , but this is what I have learned threw lots of reading , so I am not sure if they should be flowering this early . I would just grow it out and see what happens . looking at seeds , and what not tho I see most autoflower's dont yield to well , couldnt imagine them getting overyly big

Its probably still small because you have it in a soda bottle. Give the roots some room and it will help with growth up top.
