Autoflowering and reguar plant growing together timing question.

Hello, first thanks for helping me save these two plants, which i had problems few weeks ago. Now they are looking good except for the algae on the rockwool one, but i have a question regarding the timing. Plant on the right is noticeably bigger, and it is autoflowering one. The one on the left is not autoflowering, and they had started from the seed at the same time. They are grown together, so what can i do since the autoflowering one takes less time to mature, and is already showing some signs of flowers i think (white stripes)? They are on a 18/6 light regime. Should i maybe cut the autoflowering one, and make several clones and try to time the flowering time at the same time as the plant on the left?

1) Cutting clones from autos is useless. They will be the same age as the mother and will go through the same life cycle.
2) Autos are meant to grow under 18-24 hours of lighting, photo period plants can veg under the same. Once you flip to 12/12, your auto will pack on less weight and your yield will greatly suffer.
