what do you mean a seed run? Are you talking about serious seeds white russian or the lowlife hybrid? thanks all for responses.
A seed run is when you pollinate at least part of your female plant with pollen from a male. The pollinated female will produce seeds that you can harvest and grow later.

Lets assume you grow 8 plants, get 4 males/4 females. You can pick the healthiest male, and chop the other 3 males. Then us his pollen to pollinate at least part of your female plants. This is the best thread I have seen on the subject:

Any autoflower can easily make 100 seeds so you don't need to pollinate all of your girls. Once you get seeds, put them on a windowsill for a couple of weeks for them to dry out. Store them in a dark place and they are viable for years.
