just wondering how much the people who grow autos Yield. whats the Average Yield, Most you Yielded? and the least u ever Got?

Im just asking this question bc i think next time i grow ill only grow one auto at a time since its only for my personal use and they are faster growers. what cha think? :blsmoke:

Most: Just under 7 ounces. Think Different. Soil. LED. 18/6. 77 days.

Average across seven or eight different strains: probably around 2.5 oz.

Least: Just over an oz. I think that one was lowryder #2, but it could have been auto berry something or other. I can't remember which, but it was still tasty, just ridiculously small compared to the others.

I grow autos in 5 gal buckets and some in 5 gal airpots.

Not sure why you'd only grow one at a time, unless you have a limited light/space. Because you can run the lights at 20/4 or 18/6 straight through you could pop a new seed every two weeks or so and have them ready to harvest one after the other.

I know that a lot of people spend a bunch of money in little cfls and run wiring here and there and keep adding to their cfl set ups, hoping to achieve optimum cfl production, and get light to all the places the plant needs it. I'm not in favor of that, even after seeing quite a few grows with completely dialed in cfl set ups. Most of those cfl grows seem to run a lot longer in length than a good HPS or LED grow. I'd say if you've got a safe location, spend a little money (like 500) on a decent LED panel. It will pay for itself in terms of increased yields and the money you're not spending buying it from some d-bag on the street, and you won't have to mess around changing bulbs from veg to flowering and repositioning your cfls and all that. You get a decent sized quality panel and you can run a few more plants under it and turn them into profit to get your money back on the panel.

You probably won't need panels this big, or this many of them, but here's three big panels in action.1022191730_01.jpg

Pardon that straggly ass sativa in the far right that just climbs wherever the heck it wants. It's been driving me nuts for two months. It's supposed to be incredible, but so far it's just really annoying. I think my other plants hate it because it keeps climbing all over them. It's an idiot plant. No matter how high I raise the light, it just keeps climbing further up and into it. It's the only plant that I've ever seen get that close to the panels without getting bleached. I guess it's used to some intense light at the equator.
