average sprouting times

I plant the seeds in 20 oz cups of (promix/distilled water) without soaking the seeds; pour 3 tablespoons of distilled water on top; cover the cup with Glad Wrap; put in flower room close to light. I've never gone more than 3 to 4 days before sprouting. Usually 2-3 days, I've had as quick as ~30 hours and the longest was about 3.5 days.
I find that warmth and moisture are the key, I like using my flower light because it imitates the warm and cool cycle of day/night. The crinkle Glad Wrap difusses light and keeps the heat in and humidty high. Almost like streaming the seeds.

i use sannies sponge pots. they are the bomb for sprouting. all seeds i have tried in them, 5 different strains have all sprouted in less than 2 days. he has this bacto stuff you mix up and i dont know whats in it but the shit works beautiful. i used soil before and 3-4 days seemed to be average.
