Baby plant help

So I recently decided to try and grow 1 plant from a seed I got out of a bag as a test run to see how it would turn out. I actually started just courious to see if they would grow from random dirt from outside and surprisingly it worked. I used Some simple ingredients including soil, 30% petialite, a small amount of miricle grow, 1 14w clf bulb in a desk lamp. I tried to grow this one using all things I had around the house. I germated the seed then planted it and got some decent grow out of it for the first week and a half. I recently started noticing some white blotches on the leave as well as some wilting and shriveling and as far as I know I havent changed anything. Ive been keeing a temp between 75 and 80 degrees. I cannot figure out why they are doing this and any insite would be more than appreciated.

From what I understand. You may have fed it too early. Im sure someone will chime in with a more educated answer though. And you need more light.

I knew I would need more light once it grew a bit more. I tried compensating the low amount of wattage by giving longer light cycles like 24 on 6 to 8 off. Any advise if this is a good or bad idea with low wattage?

You'll need more wattage. Rule of thumb is 100w per plant (thats with cfl's and their actual watts, not equiv)
Im sure that the sporadic lighting schedule is doing a number to it too. Just do either; light on constantly 24/0 (not recommended IMO). I would do 18/6.

You wouldnt reccomend the 24/0 with the low wattage? good to know with the actual not equiv I was confused when I started. Do u think the light schedule could be whats causing this with the plant?

Also anyone think it would be worth switching the soil to some that is untreated with nutrients?

Plenty of people successfully grow at 24/0. Me personally like to give them some rest.
Yea I know its possible to grow on either light schedule but I dont think either is whats effecting the plant. If I had to guess id say the plant is probably fucked but Im gnona try to see what it does over the next few days. I just changed the soil so some that had no miricle grow in it to see if that may be the problem but I am honestly not sure what would cause the plant to go from completely healthy to dead in a few days.

Why is it in mud in that one pic? I'm not a fan of self feeding soil, escpecially when my little seedlings are concerned. It might be a little hot for it.

my whole idea to try and grow came from seeing if a seed would take if u just used dirt from outside

Is there drainage holes in that busket? And yep probably fucked id say
Yes there is drainage from the bottom so I dont watter rot the roots. The only thing I could think it was was using the miricle grow too early in the grow.

What is that 'stuff' its in, it seems to like it. I have never seen anything like this yoghurt looking slop.

I legit walked out my front door and dug up some dirt from the ground and put the seed in after germenting. I dont know how but it actually grew way better in the yogurt slop lol.
