Back in the grow room groove

Hi all, I'm coming back to growing after a 10 year hiatus. So much has changed, I've got lots to learn about the new technology, I like how the medical legalization has changed things here in Canada, it's not so clandestine anymore lol. I'm in Alberta, looking forward to remembering some of the stuff I forgot lol, and are LEDs actually worth it now ? Thanks
