Hey everyone! Welcome to my grow journal!
This is my first outdoor/backyard grow on my own, although not my first experience with growing. This year was a funny situation. Originally decided to just grow 2 plants for myself, and after that grabbing 2 more clones and putting them out a bit later also for myself, but as an experiment to see how Northern California can handle a late outdoor grow ((At the same time, it is not any news to me that they are ENTIRELY do-able, as I have seen)).
I put two clones out in early June. Purple AK 47, and Shipwreck (Trainwreck x Mothership). To be even more experimental, I tried two different soils. From the 2 pictures I am about to post, you can see the difference, it is quite stunning! Later on as I had stated, I decided to put 2 more clones out. They went outside into their grow bags just a couple of weeks ago. With the immense amount of sunshine, delayed summer this year, and mother nature, there will be no problem with these two late starting plants. XXX and Headband. All of my clones were placed outside, and transplanted, at just about 12".
This year is more about experimentation, what works, what doesn't. Getting my feet well grounded for the future grows to come.... I am going to start this thread with photos taken today of my plants, their previous pictures don't go too far back however there are some. So we will start with how they all are today, their stories, and what goes from there!
