BAD Anxiety with liquid Concentrate?

Haven’t posted here in a while, but does anyone else experience anxiety with liquid concentrates and dabs? Maybe the THC content is just too much for me considering I’ve been smoking flower all these years. But my resting heart rate was 120 something today and it had me freaked out. Also I have trouble sleeping at night because my heart is beating so fast. It’s been going on for about a week now with my new liquid pen. The guy at the dispensary recommended me to get a better refill cartridge (a little more spendy but higher THC content. 90%) my arms were shaking pretty badly too. Idk, I love weed, and I love the convenience of having a little liquid pen, but not if it’s going to give my anxiety like that. Maybe I should look into CBD to help with the anxiety it causes me?

yes, you want to use CBD AND CBG AT THE SAME TIME, they both counter the effects of THC .

Yeah, I used to see a therapist a few years ago and I think I’d benefit from going back to therapy. I’ve always had mild anxiety but I was really shocked to see it peak like that. I had caffeine today but that must I’ve been like 5 hours before I started having anxiety like that. I’m wondering if it’s a combination of being sensitive to caffeine and the high THC content. But caffeine has never really done that much to me anxiety-wise.
