bad genetics?bad seed? start over?

so a plant has been growing for 2 weeks and 2 days, its first set of 5 blade leaves have shown but the circumference of the plant is roughly the size of a us quarter. its tiny.no other plant (in my history) has been like this.

Haha...not to laugh but that's nuts...as large around as a quarter..is it in putting soil. .I would think its not and wherever you.planted it the soil has major issues..where is it and what's it fed to start.

potting soil and i havent fed anything yet.im not a noob ya know, its not rocket science ive done it before..its just this time it happened like this..

its probably two inches tall.my thoughts were/are on the roots as well.

Its clearly a retard (not being offensive but litteral). Although a pic is neccasary, it sound like bad genetics, but you already know that.

its white label's ww from attitude..i think im gonna try the rest of the pack, and if theyre all like that then im gonna order ww from ghs through attitude.

EDIT: and my blackberry pics wont even cut it, its so small.
