Transplanting is not very traumatic especially if you takes steps to avoid it. (I use myco added xplant soil and liquid fish)
I would say xplant unless you are already starting to form buds, you have to consider what early flowering is.
0-10 days is early
10-20 days you get your sex, preflowers form and the plant begins to form bud sites
20-50 Buds form and plant doubles/triples in size
50+Vertigrowth stops, pistils begin to change flower and the plant readies to die.
If your in the 0-10 (early) you could xplant no problem, my worry is that you might be a few weeks in (not early) and xplanting wont do much good. Nothing to do with stress, its just in flowering the plants dont work as hard to grow roots which makes it less likely that you can take full advantage of the nutes in the soil.
