Bad Room Syndrome - I think I got it... Can anyone help?

At first I thought I had a magnesium deficiency but after further research and being more careful with nutes/ph I think I have "bad room syndrome". Only thing I can think is the air is stagnant in my house since it is closed up fairly tight due to the cold weather. I know I need to try to exchange the air in the house/grow area... Anyone here face this before. If so, how did you handle it? Thanks in advance.

If thats the case even something as simple as yeast/sugar mixture may help add some co2. Much better choice is co2 burner or tank though. Or if you can intake air from outside ...get a shroom filter though to avoid pests/spores.

True, fresh air is good, but It's better to grow Inside in the winter. There's increased co2 levels inside because it is closed up, and winter. You should have the highest co2 levels right now in your house. Heat? If you can run cooler temps, take advantage of the cold outside air if possible. Or is it to cold?

Actually my first suggestion would be to post up some pictures and info about your grow medium, advice cannot really be given or taken seriously without those things.
