After all these years...since the creation of mankind, why is this news ONLY coming out after how many states legalized it medically and two states legalized it relationally? This seems like a false flag misinformation propaganda crusade. I admit there is a lot of unknowns on this because being in schedule 1, research testing is prohibited other than for the few allowed studies that are geared to show how bad, not good, it is.
Allow free and impartial studies to be done to decide if it is good, bad, or makes no difference on anything. I think it is a miracle pain reliever. but if an impartial non government controlled tests show otherwise, I can admit if I am wrong. But the studies need to be 100% unbiased and scientific...something the feds currently do not allow.

I wonder how many stories have ever been told by the media in which the headline stated "Man bought beer hours before beating his wife to death".

Obviously, NOT enough!

Exactly. How else could a study of 40 people be considered credible without these schedule I research prohibitions.

Months later and the liberal New York Times printed this yesterday: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/01/us/after-5-months-of-sales-colorado-sees-the-downside-of-a-legal-high.html

"There is the Denver man who, hours after buying a package of marijuana-infused Karma Kandy from one of Colorado’s new recreational marijuana shops, began raving about the end of the world and then pulled a handgun from the family safe and killed his wife, the authorities say."

I didn't buy it as breaking news then and I'm not buying it today regardless of what the "authorities" are still saying.

Yes, the story was referring to those CO cases. Here's another recent story along the same lines that takes it even further, harking back to Refer Madness as if it ever had any credibility: http://www.inquisitr.com/1277873/colorado-now-seeing-the-downside-of-a-legal-high/

"Convinced of marijuana’s dangers, the DEA and vocal groups of police officers, educators, and public health officials remain steadfastly opposed to the growing legalization movement. Legalization poses significant health and safety risks to Americans, the group argued to Science News. They say the drug wipes out memories, steals IQ points, and triggers psychosis, leaving behind a zombie nation of slackers vegetating in their parents’ basements. The group also concluded that the consequences may be especially damaging for teens.

“I think, by any measure, the experience of Colorado has not been a good one unless you’re in the marijuana business,” said Kevin A. Sabet, executive director of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, which opposes legalization. “We’ve seen lives damaged. We’ve seen deaths directly attributed to marijuana legalization. We’ve seen marijuana slipping through Colorado’s borders. We’ve seen marijuana getting into the hands of kids.”"

I assume these recent stories (propaganda) are being successfully perpetuated by these lobbying groups referenced :(
