Bagseed Gem: Sour Grape Haze

Strain: Random seed out of a pile of seeds found in lb's of mexi-brick. This sour, grape smelling beauty bearing voluptuous fruits reminded me of the taste and smell of Sour Grape with a Haze type high. .
Growth: 6 weeks veg, was an experimental dwc bubbleponics grow that got turned into soil. barely cared for. in week 6 it was a "bonsai" bush approximately 6 inches tall, when flowered reached 2 1/2 - 3 feet. under 400w hps with 2 43w 2700k cfls. Flowered in a 4 Gallon cat litter bucket.
Nutes: MG Veg Nutes 24-8-16, MG Bloom Nutes 15-30-15, Epsom Salts, Molasses, Fertilome 8-58-9.
Yield: unknown, still has 2 weeks to go
Bag Appeal: well on the plant it is a very vibrant purple/maroon color due to my low temps in my grow room. each calyx is covered in what looks like powdered sugar.
Smell: Sour, exactly like the smell of sour diesel, or smelling warheads sour candy.
Taste: grape kool-aid. in a vape tastes just like the generic grape taste.
The High: mixed body and mind but more speedy and on the sativa side. take a couple of hits from a bowl and your buzzing like a bee. smoke a whole bowl and your stuck on the couch spacing out about nothing staring underneath the television set.
Comments: awesome strain! was a treasure to find this puppy in there. this smoke report is only of a sample of this plant as it is still flowering. from looking at the whole thing im hoping for 3-4 ounces, ill post weight when its dry too along with pictures.

included a picture of some of the lower buds, and when its ready for harvest ill post the pics here as well.

hey i wanna see the final product.ill be watchin. and i have a story as well,i had got some bag seed from real goodmid grade and raised about 12 plants 5 males liled them,4 hermes and 3 female,my first grow so the hermes realy mostly started as females ,any way they were too far along i had no other choice but to harvest hem and let my ladiesa grow that were still ladies,anyway the bud from the hermes when cured was the bomb. when the females were harvested and cured yoo i had ABOUT A QP OF HIGH GRADE WEED,JUST LIKE THE HYDRO BEING SOLD FOR 500.00 AN OZ.IT WAS SO SWEET AND TAASTY AND THE HIGH OH THE HIGH OH THE HIGH.any way i had no idea what strain it was,i beliece when u say it was the bomb,

if only the people growing the original mid grade buds had taken better care of their product.

Listen, I dont think everybody understands how weed works.... You can grow the #1 weed in the world from seed, take the best care ever and get the stinkiest nastiest looking bud ever grown - and then turn it to mexican brick weed by the curing process. 80% of all brick weed is a decent/good strain that was cured for mass transport. People with 500+ plants in a field out in mexico dont have enough time to sensi (pick male plants out) and to cure their shit for a month before selling it. They rip the plants out, hang the plants up to "dry" and then stuff them into whatever bag they can to form a brick for transport. The weed "cures" while its in the bag being transported and turns to epic garbage.

I dont believe that you KNOW THE STRAIN but i do believe that you can get bangin bud like this from shit weed. I am a firm believer that shit seeds can produce good weed - its all about the conditions its grown in and taken care of. Keep in mind though if you get brown shwag seeds and try to grow sour deez the odds are slim to none - but you can get it to become some good kind bud or even a sensi-mids plant.
