popped seeds using paper towel method

mostly been outdoors getting sunlight.

I'm moving to the country and I thought I'd give outdoor growing a try since I can afford to neglect the plants a little more (freelight/water!)
As the pics show, they're inside (not much sun today), I'm just trying to get them started and rooted. I think it's a total of 120W worth of light. It's been off/on damn near flooding here. Not too long ago about 20-30 of my little ones got washed away :[[
