Ballast help!!

Just got a 400 watt mh/hps balllast and hood. Turned it on once , used it for the firstt 18 hrs and now it will not even hum. My plants were 100 % better after just one day, please help me out here.

What brand was it? Did you give it 5 min or so to warm up?

did you keep your reciet? lol, I bet theres some kind of manufactures warranty.

You could have Blown a Fuse? Have you changed the Fuse in the Plug yet? or tried the Trip Switch in the Main Fuse Box?
