Ballast problem help!!

hey guys do u guys think I should buy a new ballast or buy a new input timer for it. It’s a phantom ballast the timer nvr worked I had got it off offer up. It’s melted but looks to be the timer that took most the damage and caused the problem. I really don’t want to buy another ballast this thing is expensive but will if I have ego I guess but wat u guys think?

I would just buy new. The risk of fire isn't worth it.

Running that ballast even one minuet longer, would be classified as reckless.
