Bammm bammm

High people, so i got a 44 watt spiral light bulb from target yesterday, i use it for my plant and im wondering if this is a good idea. My plant is about 1 week old from seed and at night i keep it on the spiral bulb and during the day i put it outside if it is warm. how long do you think i should use this light? and what light should i get later on?

well make sure you have the right bulb. there are diffrent cfls. diffrent k buld one can be used for flower the other for veg.. when they are both lit up together you can see the red and blue.

im not sure but its kinda of a dark but bright light it is one of those enegry savings one
