Banana glue burnt/ yellowing leaf

Hey, got 2 banana glue plants both in veg about 2/3 weeks old. Started to see today the bottom leaves were turning yellow/ burnt can anyone help me out. Feeding them biogrow and some acti Vera about half a ml of each per L of water, ph sitting around 5.9-6.5 highest under a 250w led but dimmed to 60% at moment. Thanks

Unless you just watered, your soil looks a bit too wet, when overwatered the roots can’t draw in nutes. Let it dry well between watering.
