bar floro or cfl??

i have a 2'x1.5'x1.5' cabnet
would it be more efficient to have 6 14w 2ft floros 1000 lum
or 6 55w compact cfl 3800 lum
the cfl would ultimately produce more lumens
but would the lumens be a waste of energy and
would the access heat be detrimental considering i would only be running on 2 12v fans

I'd run tubes, with the limited space, the tubes can be run closer. Within 4", tubes can still put out a LOT of umol's
