barney farms fems?

are they prone to hermie? our they weak? what is everyones experience with them?

Barney's Red Diesel fem = worst hermie from any feminized strain/seed I've had. Little potency.

Damn. I was looking at grabbing an LSD seed, think I may pass on that. Dont want any hermies.

i feel the same way the only strain from them i want to try is lsd, but i might back off now that i know htere prone to hermies

I've had 4 Dutch Passion feminized strains and 3 of them hermied, I find it hard to believe that a top shelf breeder like Dutch Passion puts out seed batches like that all the time. Barney's Red Diesel was just another world of hermieness though, Reverse barely slowed the bananas down for a day. I purchased the seeds in 2008, hopefully they've gotten the sexual instability ironed out by now.

Try one plant at a time, if it hermies one plant isn't too bad to deal with. Get some Dutch Master Reverse and Penetrator when you order your feminized seeds. Always good to have around.

I've grown 6 of fem BF Blue cheese, not a single herm. Nice main cola with significant growth on the sides. Bud was awesome. I did hear that the red diesel was prone to hermies, but I haven't heard that about the LSD, which I plan on ordering the next time in addition to more of the Blue Cheese.

whats the high like from blue cheese? is it more sativa? is it long lasting?

It's starts out a little heady, then it knocks you flat on your ass. It was better than I expected. I have some friends growing other strains, one WW and pineapple express. We all agree that the Blue Cheese is noticeably better. We all use the same brand of nutes and flower under 400w HPS, no CO2.
