Barnys Seeds Peyote Critical

Don't know if this is a mutation of this strain or if I should have posted in "plant problems" but here it is.

I first thought it was a nutrient deficiency but none of the others are showing any signs of nutrient problems. It also popped with weird looking leaves.

As its going, it looks to be getting better but now it's starting to topple over and the stem looks a little thin down by the roots and dirt level . It's been a strange grower from the start. Problem is, it's my only seed

MODS please feel free to move if you feel this thread is in wrong section. Thanks

Ditch it?...If it's your only seed of this particular strain, and you really want to grow it out, I'm sure that seedling can be saved, it doesn't look like it's far down the rabbit hole at all. Just a tad bit yellowed. As for the thin stem, there are a handful of causes for thin stems that lead to toppling over plants. First off, it could be that the light source is not intense enough. But when that happens, you'll typically see the seedling stretch vertically like crazy. So I doubt its from a lack of light. Another cause is that there's been a lack of wind/airflow around the seedling, causing the stem to basically not have a need to thicken up. Add a small oscilating fan to make the seedling's leaves 'flicker', or shake, every few seconds and that almost always helps seedlings thicken up stems. The last cause that I can think of would be that the root system is unhealthy, sometimes referred to as 'damping off'...that I'm not really familiar with as I've not had many seedlings dampen off, but from what I've read, practicing correct watering habits and perhaps feeding the soil some good microbial life can help maximize your plant's ability to recover and get through the seedling phase. If you want to grow this plant out, do it, there's no need to ditch it unless you have no shortage of seeds and/or clones to take its place.

I just had to throw one of these shits away...grew to a beauty until I flowered it... plant started grow funny leaves... TMV... something... all kinda problems.. I gave up before it hermied on me and f’d up the rest...

It probably was my fault I guess But all the rest of my 7 plants are doing fine...it was a freebie and SOO I charged it to the game of GENETICS...my Acapulco Gold is booming from BARNEY however...I was huge though... more pollen I thought to my self

Thats funny. This one was also a freebie. And I myself am growing an Acapulco Gold from Barney as well. And yes, the Acapulco is really growing! It's a total Sativa for sure

Yah have all the necessities and and all of the other plants look great but there were some problems with some others such as my Ph pen constantly showing wrong readings while I was trying to water but all the others that were affected are doing great now, except for the Peyote.

It looks like it's getting a little greener and I padded some more dirt around it to help it stand up. I watered it with some low dose B1 and roots Excelurator with some CalMag just in case.

This is the test. I don't have much room so if this little gal can't cut it, time to move in some NL#5xHaze....

That's weird because I've seem some peyote critical turn into monster buds that look beautiful!

I'll give it another week or 2 but if things don't change, or it starts doing some mutated shit, it's into the fire place with ye!
It was one of my favs in the beginning... it was a monster.. 4 feet worth... just stopped budding.. AG took off.. I got nervous, it thru those leaves any mentor said get rid of it... it’s like if I don’t listen... he says I’m hard headed and don’t ask for advice if i don’t use it.. old head man.. love him tho... so I be like f it... EE6BC95E-C2F7-4C96-9706-508F4D46A58F.jpegI think I have another seed... it was gonna deliver a nice yelled... dude don’t give up on yours just watch it like dude said... I will take credit for mines, as I was running 7 different strains at once... and maybe neglected it or screws up... however in my jungle only the strong survive... regardless if I screw up or not...I got to many seeds to deal with freebies.. just me tho.. do you

Nice

But that's just weird. Never seen a plant just flat out stop budding before lol

I guess the "freebies" are the seeds that landed in the radioactive turtle goo ?

I grew one last year that was, umm...vigourous. Took over that corner of the room and ended up producing some really nice flower.

Here's a peyote critical freebie at around 8 weeks. It didn't get a lot of light, just kinda stuck in corner and drowned out by others. I think it would have gotten denser atleast if it had more light. Not a bad smell on her, not strong but kinda funky hash smell. Will know how she smokes in couple weeks.

Looks good!

Little gal is perking up! Big difference from last week. I think she's a Cal Mag hog... Once she hit the layer in the pot that is dusted with Calcium/ Magnesium, she started exploding.

Just needed to let her out of the pen and into bigger pastures I guess hahaIMG_20190628_164958.jpg
