The upper foliage looks nice and green, very healthy. Roots also look pearly white and healthy. I'm thinking that it has to do with the EC I'm watering. This plant is 21 days old after getting cloned and 15 days after being transplanted into a 6-inch rock wool cube. I irrigate with 1 dripper to get roughly 10% runoff with proper dry down.
It doesn't seem to be hurting a healthy crop, but when I get a weak genetic, it turns into a rotting base that snaps easily. The upper foliage looks healthy. I am at a loss of why this could be happening, especially with the health of the plant being healthy.
