Unfortunately, it does not have it's own ballast. It would require a mogul base fixture with a ballast rating of 65 or more watts. That fixture could be 120v or 240v, doesn't matter- as far as the lamp goes. Voltage required is determined by the ballast requirements/options.
Check Hydrofarm. Pretty sure you can get a fixture there, and they also have hi-wattage cfl's that are very similar, that are equipped with the integral ballast. "Plug-n-play", if you will. Plus, there is a small selection of color temp ranges that may be more suited for your application. Hydrofarm is usually where I start looking for/at specific items, then go to Amazon, Ebay, and other distributors to shop for the best price.
