blue rhino has almost broke threw still has seed shell, but the rest are still under dirt,my question is should i remove the red basking light so it can be in complete darkness or will it be fine.its working good for humidity and temp but i thought the seeds are to be in complete darkness?

Not if they're planted, no. I've found mine always sprout faster when a light is on. A seed outside in the dirt, gets sunlight every day.

Should be fine. Here's what I do: I soak my seeds overnight in room temp water, in a dark spot - then move into a couple damp napkins, in a clear tupperware container, for germinating. That thing sits on top of my CFL rack, for added warmth - and I gaurentee it isn't light proof. Once they germ, I pop 'em into their medium, and cover with plastic of some kind, until they sprout - under the light. All this happens in my veg room, which is never dark - I do a perpetual grow, so there are always lights on. You'll be fine.
