Bat Guano Question

I have two ferts.
Bat Guano Mexican High N 10-1-1
Bat Guano Jamaican High P 1-10-1

My question is when should I use them? How should I mix them?
Is P for vegetative and N for flowering?

N is more used during veg, and P for flower

use the mexican guano in veg (up to 4 weeks) , then when you transplant for flower you can add the Jamaican guano. In flower mode you wanna back off on the N (nitrogen)
