I post an article here about a guy that got arrested, found not guilty due to no evidence AKA the chemicals he had were not used for making Meth. The police even said they didnt think he was making meth but "experimenting" to make meth. i'm sorry but if even a methed-out addict can make meth it must not be that hard, and i doubt they need experimenting.

http://www.pressdemocrat.com/article/20110114/ARTICLES/110119714

SUMMARY:
He was not found with meth anywhere.
He was found with an unlit joint in a park.
His 3 dogs got confiscated, one was pepper sprayed.
His name is shamed online and in print.
Everything about the article suggests he is guilty of not only making meth, but robbing local restaurants.
They found no stolen property in his house, and detectives don't consider him a thief.
He was some kid, albeit a little old to be living off mom, living in his mom's 1.2million dollar house.
"When deputies discovered the substances, which included acetone and liquids emitting a chemical smell, they backed out of the house and called in the Department of Justice team, which arrived at about 5 p.m. Thursday and stayed well into the night."
I have a feeling these other liquids were ....gee I dunno Iso? Maybe Hexanes?

I did not know this guy or the real situation. I am merely trying to see what is really going on here. And to me, this sounds like anybody making hash have the same fate. Good thing he got off with just a forever tarnished online reputation. How nice we are to our fellow citizens eh?

Oh ya. This is only blocks away from where I have seen x3 ( mexican militia gang ) graffiti on hotel art murals and sidewalks, downtown. It is even graffiti on street signs and people garages a few blocks away. A few weeks ago the gang members robbed someones house with loaded pistols:

Be careful people! And police and news agencies, can we please spend the time and resources where it counts! Fighting those god damn mexican gang thieves.

I have to add, because this is just so fucking epic, he was arrested steps away from California Bear Flag Monument and across street from a mass native american burial grave. The monument represents the local militia that told Mexico to fuck off because we wanted to govern ourselves. We also told the USA to fuck off but they then gave the militia lots of money and women ( SERIOUSLY ) so this man was arrested in the first capital of california, steps away from political freedom monument.

The cops here are extremely lenient about marijuana, which is nice. But they really need to get heads out of their asses on this one and hopefully any future cases.

doesn't surprise me they went after a guy living in a 1.2 million dollar house, busting people like that makes the news and keeps the budget up! In a 1.2 million dollar house he probably doesn't even really see his mom!

I think the newspaper is guilty of not only slander but sensationalization

All this poor man had was a joint, and some acetone in his bathroom. And hes labeled a meth lab meth producer / neighborhood business thief. As far as I know, acetone is one of the best chemicals to get old shitty oil based paints out of old bathrooms. Maybe he was just doing bathroom remodel for his mom. Who fuckin knows.

This is the most sketchy bust I've heard about in this area in a LONG time. Perhaps the sketchiest ever. Something just doesn't make sense. Its like someone payed off the cops to give this guy a bad name. Are real estate agents that horrible that they are framing citizens to lower prop values or something crazy like that?

I have to also add just how pathetic our education system is. It should be that every house hold has their bulk supply of Iso, h2o2, distilled water, acetone, and other basic chemicals instead of branded bullshit products with actual harmful chemicals that are just robbing our citizens of arbitrage and sending it to china due to hiding basic chemical education from most citizens.

Hell I used iso to clean a clogged toilet once.

Fuck man you better not have a lighter and hairspray in your house, you got a fucking flamethrower and they'll probably say you tried to use it on them so they were justified in beating your head in for 15 minutes.

On a side note, it is a felony in Cali to make hash oil with butane. Our Collective's attorney advised us to NEVER use butane. A collective grow op similar to ours recently got busted and all growing members charged with felonies for "operating a hash lab". There were no charges filed for the 250 plants...that part was all legal. But the case of butane and extraction equipment were not.

When we started our collective grow op, our attorney gave us a list of "do nots" to protect us in the event of a raid: no guns, no other drugs, no butane, no grow op near schools/daycares, and some other shit. Even the most carefully settup and operated legal medical grow op can pick up a felony by getting sloppy. When you combine a legal firearm with a legal grow op you get a felony. Yes, it makes no sense, but it's reality. Some law enforcement are NOT happy with medical marijuana laws. These rogue elements will use every technical infraction to turn a perfectly legal medical marijuana grow op into a criminal enterprise. We shouldn't get paranoid (that's no fun), but we should be careful not to give over zealous cops amunition.
