Be careful with Seedsman

Hay guys,
So I place an order with seedsman about 2 weeks ago like I have a few times before and choose to pay via bank transfer, about a week goes by and I received an email telling me they have not received my payment, I contacted my bank and it seems everything when though, I have tried to contacted seedsman about this and now they are flat out ignoring my emails and have for the past business weeks, I have had to place a tracer the transaction thought my bank as it seems seedsman isnt intrested in sorting this out, I warn of you to be careful with seedsman as it seems they will rip you of when they can, very poor customer service, just thought I'd let you all know.

So you put them on blast in less than two weeks of not being your new best friend ?

Seedsman is only good if they send you the correct shit on time. If they send you grand daddy purp instead of the grandpa larry you ordered, they'll treat you like it was your fault then send you some random beans not in the breeder packs you paid for. Oh and they will send you your replacement grandpa larry even though theyre sold out... Fuck seedsman

Two weeks is more then enough time for any order, this has been going on for 3 weeks now,

Never had a problem, got my mr.nice super silver haze and GHS Super Lemon Haze in breeder packs from them. I just used seedsherenow and they were awesome.

Normally I would agree, hell I've told noobs to use there site, but then this happened somehow, not even a single email about it,

You’re not able to disput the transaction through you’re bank? I’d call them. I’m pretty sure they’re based in Spain or something like that.

I'm getting the vibe that you are impatient and think that if anything happens to your order no matter the fault the seed bank must fix it ?
And in the meantime you will bad mouth them till they do

Good luck I do hope your seeds show up twice like they usually do for people who cancel their transaction

I ordered from the once a few years ago. Got like 5 archive packs and only one came in the breeder pack, the rest were in vials in little ziploc bags with some generic printout on them. All had terrible germination rates, with full packs not even popping a single seed.
I will never order from them again.

This is their little trick. I had several orders go good but when they go bad seedsman doesnt stand by shit and then the send you bunk ass beans in baggies claiming theyre "legit." Ill shop anywhere but seedsmans. Plus his strains suck dick too, mids at best.

Wish I saw this before I ordered three bills worth of beans from them. I paid extra for them to come in the original packaging. Let's see what happens. The shipping confirmation email gave me a month delivery window lol.

Older genetics.

I’m in Australia and I have ordered beans from seedsman twice before with no issue. Third time around I’ve had to wait I think it was four n a half weeks from the “shipped” date to make a complaint they haven’t arrived. I paid more for tracked freight and stealth. Btw the tracked freight first time around never showed anything past “heading for destination country” n was still in the UK or something. This was the 30th of August by I had to wait till the 3rd of October. Once October came they say sorry blah blah bs we will resend the same order not with tracked freight n you can contact us on the 3rd or something of November if they don’t arrive again. Sent by airmail which says 5-7 day eta for international....the date today is the 19th so they could still come but past orders have got here in two weeks. If they dont come I’ll be able to make a complaint over two months after my original order was placed. I’m not suggesting it’s their fault but meanwhile I have an empty garden...46 seeds on order n I have to wait well past what the suggested freight time is. I think they should send orders that don’t arrive by express personally. Not fucking impressed. If anyone else from AU has good things to say about delivery here from another Seed bank plz enlighten me

Not when it comes to Karma gear...I'll gladly keep buying overseas when its less than half the price of the USA banks and gives better results than the vast majority of new companies charging $150+ for unworked F1's.

This is exactly what it is for me. I can get Karma (and friends), Sin City, and Bodhi from choice/attitude. They're cheaper, and the entire lines are almost always in stock. Pay for shipping insurance, use a discount code and it's all moot. I get what I want, and at a better price. They get plenty of business, so more than likely the beans you get are not too old. I've never had problems with germ rates from choice/tude. US banks have shit for stock, and prices are much higher. I stopped looking at them because stock is so bad.

My experience with seedman was mostly the same as you. Garbaged all the pos, single vial freebies, and had germ rate issues with some bodhi gear I bought.

Won't order there again. choice/tude is solid for me. I've had customs issues, but you email them nicely, and they get you taken care of. life goes on.

I have never really had an issue with any bank I have dealt with including Seedsman. The mail system is screwy and that is most of the problem. Thieves in the mail room and then customs. Have placed dozens of orders with many banks abroad and lately in the US.

If I did not receive my seeds they resent every time. Customs got one here lately. The Dutch orders were stolen or taken by Dutch customs several times and got my orders resent each time.
