Beginner! please help!

HI guys,
I have some good seeds for outdoor growing (or indoor).
I live in a hot country in the m.east and at the moment its between 30-45 dgrees every day.
Due to the fact Im ultra paranoid, Im scared to do too much in my appartment and i want to grow outdoors, I know I can get very clever grow cabinets or even make one, but i dont want to.
I have put the seeds in wet tissues and some others i used the glass of water method, but anyway it worked and they got the little tail and opened slightly and I transfered them to small paper cups in typical potting soil (carrefour) and I put them in a dark cupboard on a 18 on - 6 off cycle under a house lamp, fixed upside down to the top of the cabinet ( I know its not ideal but I need to find shop with halogen lights) its a 60 watt buld standard house lamp. SO THATS THE 1st QUESTION: Will I get away with using the house lamp? its now day 2 in the process and im just waiting for the seeds to break ground, i know it may take few more days.
2ND QUESTION (sorry!) if all goes okay and I can move on to the vegetative stage, can they go outdoors here, which would be a lot easier for me! oh and will they still flower (most importantly lol) thanks guys the seeds were put into the cups and in the small propagator put in the cabinet and put under the light, i kept the temp at 21 degrees and it all seems fine at the mo, Thanks in advance if anybody can help me.. p.s. its light outside here for 12-13hrs a day? I Know at vegatative stage they need 16-18hrs so am i f..d lol cheers

Ok check it out. I would let them get mabey 2-4 inches tall under 18/6 (indoor) before you bring them outside so they don't get torn up by the wind or just killed from the cold. I would also wait till the light cycle gets more hours of sun too. They will flower in like mid august to depending on the strain late october. Once they produce the actually marijuanna leaves, not the two round ones that the first produce, your probably good to bring them out. I would rather be safe than sorry. Hard work pays off and patience is the key. Wait till your buds fully develope

Also don't use halogen, they produce too much heat. Go get a t5 two bulb flourescent grow light if you are going to spend money on a light make it worth it, and that thing will rock for what you are doing. Light spectrum is the most important. Blue will grow, red is flower. Let nature do its thang and take care of your plants, don't over water or over fert and you will do it jumbo. Good luck and have fun

sounds great veg inside throw em out to flower year round ........ just be careful u dont get your head chopped off for it.....seriously u should move

Great thanks mate, If I put them outside early will they still need to wait till august-october to flower do you think ? Or will they just grow quite happily outside until that time??

He's talking 35-40 C which is HOT! I'd still transition them outdoors so they don't get heat shock.

Thanks pertert I don't rock degrees C. My B. You will still have to wait anyways till they bloom from august till end of sept till early november depending on the strain

I would grow them outside and get them huge. The sun is the most powerful light that i know of.

Thanks mate but i think have worked out a better way to grow them now, im going to just use a flouresent lamp and grow them in the canabinet, as i think its too hot maybe??

i bought a flouresent bulb from the supermsarket and switched it with the halogen lampbulb, the bulb box said its a 25watt but the equivelant of a 120watts halogen bulb?
I just switched the bulbs mid light cycle, so i hope the brief minute of darknesss didnt hurt them? im not using any fertiliser as i dont know what to use as they only sell normal garden stuff here theres nothing specialist

Ive decided to try and grow them in the cabinet with a flouresent light until i find a nice outdoor spot
