I disagree.
It is clearly socioeconomic stratification which disproportionately affects the African American minority and extreme historical injustice which underlies this that is to blame for the higher crime rates perpetuated by African Americans.
By all means though, continue your meltdown.

blacks: 13% of the population. 31.6 million blacks in the US. poverty rate: 27% resulting in 8.35 million blacks below the poverty line in the us.
whites: 77% of population. 243 million whites in the US, poverty rate: 10% 24.3 million whites under the poverty line in the US.
nearly 3x the total number of poor honkeys in america, and yet the fbi crime stats still show blacks beating whites in nearly every category of crime well in excess of their representation.
in every category of crime there should be 3x more honkeys than blacks and yet...
and thats with chicanos rolled into the "White" category, for a reason that can never be adequately explained.

in some categories of crime, blacks exceed whites by wide and eggregious margins
murder:
whites 48%
Blacks 49.7%
robbery
whites 43%
blacks 55.6%
gambling
whites 29.8%
blacks 66.9%
in all the others except crimes of stupidity (as previously mentioned) blacks are Highly Competetive, usually far exceeding the magical 3x numbers
only in the categories of Drunk In Public, Drunk Driving, and Liquor Law Violations (non specific) do blacks achieve population representation (regardless of "SES")
in those 3 categories, all the "Institutional Racism" and "SES" factors simply vanish, and blacks get busted at ~13% exactly as expected given their population at large.
i guess THOSE cops never got the message to be racist...
and again, this is with chicanos categorized as "white", for some inexplicable reason.

"SES" and poverty do NOT cause rapes, aggravated assaults, murders etc, all crimes where black perps stand head and shoulders above the crowd.
when your cultural heroes are all self professed criminals, boasting of their exploits on every track (with a dope sample from Earth Wind and Fire in the background) and awesome segments on MTV Cribs showing off the wealth and success they gained through said exploits, or pimps, dope dealers, gangbangers, etc, the messaage is clear, to succeed you must be a criminal, and thus, new criminals join the ranks, ready to get their Ghetto Cards stamped, for a free sandwich.

Well like I said, I disagree.
SES and poverty are clearly the prime factors behind the increased crime rates perpetrated by African Americans. The problem is underscored by extreme historical inequality and downright oppression.
