I have two opposing windows at 90 degrees from each other in my basement. One window in intake and the other is exhaust both to cool 2 1000watt hps ballasts through 6 inch flexible duct. The problem is I have 2 big bends in the flexible tubing which has ripped the flexible tubing open in the larger side of both of the big turns. Should I use rigid elbows from Home Depot for the turns or just make them a larger radius? Is this flexible duct not made for turns or something?
