Upgrading my operation soon and was going to employ 3 lights in a 24 or 18 plant setup. Previously I've just been a 600w HPS user but was interested in a combination of 1 metal halide and 2 sodiums, given that the inclusion of both spectrums seems to be more and more the way heavily promoted. I'm not really interested in investing in 3 metal halides just for the veg stage, as that tends to be pretty brief (and I've had no problems getting rapid growth under sodiums) so was wondering would anyone with experience of such a setup reccomend a 2 sodium, 1 MH setup over three sodiums, or just stick with the cheaper, less heat producing 3 sodium option?
