Best anti-anxiety strain & ingestion type

Ok so this is a 3 part question.

1 - best anti anxiety strain
2 - best anti pain strain
3 - best medium to acheive results (concentrate/flower) & smoke, vape, edible, topical?

I know a lot of this is subjective/individual bodytype but are there any strains that overwhelmingly have a rep for helping with cancer pain, sciatica & anxiety?

Cool, Chemdawg was all the new rage back years ago when i last smoked, it had just hit the scene. Hows well does that strain produce weight wise.

What do you think of White Rhino, I remember that was a favorite years ago...

For heavy nerve pain I like indica's and experiment with different strains. The different terpenes all seem to play a part in it as well. That said, OG Kush, and a lot of kush crosses seem to work well for me. I'm going to give Northern Lights#2 a try real soon as well. I'm growing Motorbreath 15 and pre 98 bubba kush from clone right now and bubba kush is great pain meds if you get a good pheno or the clone from a good vendor. I like to medicate by using an alcohol tincture made with Everclear. It's easy to take as I can put it in food, drinks or take it under my tongue if I need to. I also smoke and vape some but it's mostly tincture as it's a more concentrated dosage. None of them makes the pain go away but they do make it much more tolerable.

Larry’s breath is one that comes to mind. Very calming and lights out. Zero anxiety and just one of those warm blanket highs.

Flowers in a bong or the volcano. Or butter

For pain and mobility issues, I agree with Conor, Chem/Sour D/OG family is a great place to look. I'd try a bunch of strains from that group to see what works best for you. Really excellent Sour D can't be beat if you can find it, but there are a lot of good OGs out there that are easy to find. If you are seed shopping, I'd look at Sour D crosses or maybe S1s of OG or Chem cuts. The Deathstar (Sour D x Sensi Star) cut was my favorite for pain back when I had it years ago, and actually I'm hoping to get another cut of it next month.

If you can find them in stock karma genetics headbanger are easy to grow and harvest heavy yields of top notch bud. Not quite sour d but very nice and close enough.

Karma has some good sour d crosses and bx as well if available.

I am a doctor of pharmacy licensed to practice in the state of Washington. I am experienced in pain management and neuropsychiatry.

At 52 yoa, I have 2 kinds of gout and 3 different arthritides, with a little IBD thrown in for good measure. For me, ingestion is the only reliable means of treating chronic pain. It has taken me several years to ramp up my dose to an effective level. A determined person could, perhaps, build their tolerance over the course of two to three months. It can be a bit much at times.

RSO is a great way to ingest cannabis if you can get it or make it. BHO can be decarbed and liquidized with one drop of sweet orange essential oil per gram of bho. Add the essential oil to the bho while the bho is still warm and liquid from the oven, stir vigorously and draw up into a 3 ml syringe. Cap the syringe, put in a hot water bath for a minute, shake, repeat to homogenized.

Strain selection makes a huge difference, and I see some spot on recommendations. Chemdawg, og kush, sour diesel, gg #4, gmo are all great for pain
