Best fluoro for flowering?

Im stuck with fluros due to no money. What types of bulbs are the absolute best to flower with?

2700k ones.. thay glow red instead of bright white

get a jobby!
then buy good equipment.
then grow a lot of weed that is quality because you used HID lighting.

also, ferio is right use 2700k spectrum whatever bulbs you choose.

I've seen a personal friend get 3.5oz from a plant he did under two of the 125w CFL bulbs and a dwc bucket. I thought he was talking shit till I went over for chop and trim night. It certainly shocked me.
