best growing medium for flood/drain systems?

My clones are in the rock wool cubes under my T5 veg light right now. After veg they will go into my flower room under 2 1000 watt HPS. Both my veg room and flower room are flood/drain trays with the res under the trays. I am curious to know what the best medium is to put my clones into when they are ready to go into the flower room. I know people use cocoa, hydroton, etc., etc. I'd love to avoid hydroton because it seems heavy and expensive and I have nowhere to wash it. I would prefer something light that I can throw away after harvest. Minumal clean-up is important to me.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!!

sure to grow is a great medium ... have used it now in 2 harvests and working very well .. chk out videos on utube .. very cool stuff

yeah im thinkin of goin with sure to grow then hydroton around it instead of rockwool because it dries out like the hydroton and doesnt stay soggy like rockwool i have i have 5 gallon buckets so it would save wieght too
