Best Guess on Leaf Issue

Some of my leaves are going from this

I guessing slightly too much nutrients. Do you use a ppm and ph meter? If so how many ppms and what the ph? Are you growing in dirt or hydro? More info can really help with the response

nitrogen toxicity? advanced nute burn? overfeeding?

I would stop the fertilizer till I got it sorted out ?

high soil ph is my guess, causes those thick 3d leaves, thats not nute burn. its some kind of lockout caused by high ph

Check for bugs?

bugs lol yeah check for bugs go buy a 500x microscope. i believe there are some bugs only can see like that, hemp russets maybe?

high ph is causing phousphorous to be locked out, the excess phosphourous is also causing zinc and copper uptake to be inhibited which is causing the 3d twisted leaves.

I would lean towards a phosphorous issue as well. Any way you can post a full pic of the plant / plants in question?

Post pics of the entire plant, not just the leaf in question. This has nothing to do with too much nitrogen, or as some are suggesting phosphorus lock out due to what? high ph? So many guesses that make no sense lol. If ph was too high, and causing phosphorus lockout, then calcium as well would be locked out! This can be one of a couple things, but more pics are needed to see how the plant looks. For now, this can be too much phosphorus,not too little. Possible magnesium deficiency, or lockout, smaller chance that it can be either too much manganese, or not enough boron. Since the latter two are needed in small amounts, it likely would be there as long as your nutes have them, but maybe being locked out...if it's one of those 2 elements. More pics, can help diagnose the issue better!
Also, this doesn't appear to have anything to do with bugs..i don't know where or how people pull off such guesswork..do you have a spin the wheel for problems and just choose the one it lands on to diagnose?

What kind of water are you using?

henp mites are microscopic they can only be viewed with a 400x microscope

It's hard to say 'definitively', but based on these last 2 pics, i would say it's a slight touch of overfeed with either phosphorus or potassium that's causing a lockout. Doesn't look serious, for now anyways.

Don't think they're mites because the other leaves look fine?
The plant isn't struggling, so it's not serious. I was just hoping for a definitive diagnosis.

looks like lacking p to me,lay off the k if u can,like if using any seaweed product.but what ever u do please don't flush lol also that 7 ph is a bit high do u grow soiless like coco or pro-mix?

The only nutes I've used is DynaGro 9-3-6 at 25% strength.
The soil is

70% ProMix 30% Composted cow manure
Bone meal
Worm castings
Garden tone
lime
