Post pics of the entire plant, not just the leaf in question. This has nothing to do with too much nitrogen, or as some are suggesting phosphorus lock out due to what? high ph? So many guesses that make no sense lol. If ph was too high, and causing phosphorus lockout, then calcium as well would be locked out! This can be one of a couple things, but more pics are needed to see how the plant looks. For now, this can be too much phosphorus,not too little. Possible magnesium deficiency, or lockout, smaller chance that it can be either too much manganese, or not enough boron. Since the latter two are needed in small amounts, it likely would be there as long as your nutes have them, but maybe being locked out...if it's one of those 2 elements. More pics, can help diagnose the issue better!
Also, this doesn't appear to have anything to do with bugs..i don't know where or how people pull off such guesswork..do you have a spin the wheel for problems and just choose the one it lands on to diagnose?
