Best light confit for 8x10 flower room with 12 big plants

I'm setting up a offsite flower room. All I'm doing is flowering 12 same size, same age, same strain plants there at a time. Right now I'm a little cramped for space, but flowering plants at 42", I'm averaging 6.75oz per plant in 4 gallon soil. This new site, I may even veg a little bigger. My question is 1 - 1000 or 2 - 600 per 6 plants? I'm either gonna have 2 - 1000s or 4 -600s. What's your thoughts and why? Again, big square room, 12 big plants.... Thanks

if your growing tall plants you have to have 1000w as the 600w run out of light at 40".
