Best light for a 2x2 tent?

Hi everyone ! Iv been looking around here for awhile and just can't find some answers I need Iv grown outdoor for the past two years and need some advise on my new winter indoor grow set up I'm going to get a 2x2.5 grot ills grow tent And I know about kelvins and wats mean nothing but 250wat pumps around 24,000 to 30,000 lumes so I should have about 400 lumes minimum more than I need to flower ...I think but the questions are
1:would a 250wat hps light be good to veg and flower ?
