I'm starting my plants inside and moving them outdoors when the temperature cooperates. What kind of lighting is best for starting seedlings?

How long are these "seedlings" going to be indoors?

Make sure you transition them to the power of the sun, you can kill them easily by transplanting from weak indoor lighting to the full power of the sun. You either want to run stronger indoor lighting or put them in a partial shade spot (under partial filtering canopy) for a day or two outside before transplanting to it's sunny destination.

I like CFL too start seeds under. Theyre cheap and get the job done. I usually run a 68w for the first couple weeks.
