Best manicuring time(s)?

Okay so I know that there are probably many opinions here. Please just give input to the best of your knowledge. Greatly appreciated.

When is the best time to start manicuring your plants? Is it not until you put into flowering or is it before then (and when/how often)? If specific (multiple) times, please share.

My follow-up question is this. When manicuring would you trim off most leaves or fan leaves? Or just trim a little bit to keep plant compact? OR... don't manicure at all/just let it grow?

Again, thank you all!

What is your goal....?

Really the only trimming or manicuring you would do would be to lollipop your plants...remove all the lower "sucker" branches focusing all growth energy to upper colas.

Now if you want to control growth size then just top and supercrop...It will keep your plants short and bushy

^^^^^^ At the flip to bloom. ^^^^^^

At 2 weeks in, look again to find the interior suckers that pop out by then.....Remove those in a "cone" shape from the interior of the bottom 2/3 of the plant.
