Best period of time to grow in Romania?

Hello, I am living in East Romania and I was wondering which is the best period of the year to grow outdoors. I came here due to my work and I am unfamiliar with the enviroment.

OP: from what I read your should be good to go, right now from seed...but you could wait a month if you wish. Also check avg rainfall for sep/oct....
