best place to get a high quality small bong?

so i bought a bong today for $80 that was about a foot tall, had a perc and a cone shaped bottom and was fantastic... but lo and behold its already broken, and the only smoke shop in town that sells a wide selection really only has bigger ones - especially not gonna find another one at that price. Anyway I want something with a perc ice catcher not mandatory, glass, i need a downstem but i dont need a bowl as long as the downstem will fit a bowl sized about like this
